All our web hosting customers are added by default to our monthly newsletter, which keeps you informed of updates regarding your web hosting account.  This newsletter is not unsolicited email and only contains web hosting relevant information and updates.  We do not sell out your email address to third parties and never will.

Phone numbers

The phone number you provide us is only kept for our records and we do not give/sell to anyone your phone number.

Addresses

Your home/business address is kept confidential and is only there for our records.

Credit card numbers

Your credit card number is always transmitted over a secure connection (SSL) which ensures that your credit card number is not intercepted by any malicious "hacker".  All credit cards are authorized in real-time and go directly to the bank for processing because we do not store credit card numbers for offline processing.

Data security

HOSTYOURBIZ ensures you the safety of your personal data.  We store your private information  on an internal firewall protected database server.  No one but trusted HOSTYOURBIZ staff have access to these records.  So you can be ensured that with HOSTYOURBIZ your private information is in reliable hands.
