Terms and Restrictions

To ensure our network's safety and yours we have set aside some terms and conditions which you must follow in order to keep your web hosting account. 

- HOSTYOURBIZ's services are provided on an as is basis without any express warranties written or implied.

- The use of HOSTYOURBIZ's services should be considered a privilege not a right.

- HOSTYOURBIZ is not responsible in any way for damages to you or your company in any way caused directly or indirectly by HOSTYOURBIZ or other hosting clients.

- Spam or unsolicited email, from our hosted mailboxes is strictly forbidden.  If we get complaints from anyone that a certain mailbox is sending out spam then that account will be terminated without notice.

- You may not use your FTP/website for storing pornographic material, warez, anime, cracking, hacking, bots, spam, MP3s, IRC scripts and other similar files in your account.

- You may not store any copyrighted material in you web space unless you are the copyright holder.  Any account with illegal copyrighted material will be terminated and the proper authorities will be notified.

- The use of HOSTYOURBIZ's logos, pictures or images is forbidden unless you have prior written permission.

- You may not intrude in other people's FTP/ web space which is hosted on HOSTYOURBIZ.

- When you go over your allotted transfer limit each month you must purchase-additional transfer from us in gigabytes.  Even if you go over 1MB will be treated as 1GB.

- Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.

- Dedicated servers may not be used to host any sites which fall under in this agreement as 'illegal'.

- Dedicated servers may not be used for hosting IRC servers/bots.

- HOSTYOURBIZ reserves the right to change this agreement anytime without prior written notice.
